Fresh smoked salmon cooked on my cedar board and grilled to perfection. A tip I picked up from how to build a bbq grill. I learned how to build a grill and they gave me some pointers on smoking salmon as well. There website was under construction when I visited but I just contacted them and they got me started. Great group of people that you should contact when you are ready to learn how to build a bbq grill.
